In July 2016, Joymongers Brewing Co rolled up their garage doors and introduced Greensboro to a new brewery focused on a huge and ever changing selection of fresh beers and a commitment to entertaining our community. Never interested in getting big and distributing their beer, over 95% of Joymongers production is served one fresh pint at a time while our guests enjoy friends, family, local music and food trucks in our large taproom and sunny beer gardens. The Triad’s response has been so overwhelming we were encouraged to bring something really unique to our friends in Winston-Salem. Joymongers is one of the few breweries in the nation to dedicate its production of special, barrel aged beers in a separate facility with its own taproom. Joymongers Barrel Hall serves the best of our beers (IPA’s, Pale’s, Lagers, Stout’s, etc) from Greensboro while also creating new beers in Winston-Salem by aging them to perfection in fresh bourbon and wine barrels. Over 17 beers, many available only in Winston and constantly changing, are served 7 days a week in an incredible 90 year old garage we renovated and preserved in historic West End. Seating over 200 at a 50 ft bar and tables and benches all crafted by local artisans, Barrel Hall is family friendly by day and cutting edge at night. Over time, as we have done in Greensboro, we will grow a local music scene featuring the best artists in the Triad and invite delicious food trucks to cure your munchies.
