Last sighting was right before the storm on Sunday, July 24th. 16 year old short haired kitty. Missing most of his teeth. Diabetic. Mostly white with black and brown. Loves other kitties and food, and had stopped by a couple neighbors earlier on the 24th. Very shy and scared.
