Join us during the Magical Hunter Full Moon Retreat for an opportunity to embrace the full moon's energy and restore yourself. Lindsey, Mike, & Jody will guide you throughout the weekend to discover new ways to nourish your body, mind, and soul. During this experience, we encourage you to let go of what no longer serves you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You will find stability and grounding, release tension, and will be able to lead with your heart. We will be offering: ● Daily yoga ( including a lunar flow under the full moon!) ● Ayurvedic, Health Coaching, Rolfing & Trauma workshops ● One-on-One Reiki, Rolfing, Health Coaching & Life Coaching sessions ● Hiking ● Cooking ● Meditation & Journaling ● A sprinkling of shenanigans There will be plenty of down time for whatever your heart desires.
