My rescue, Donna, gave birth! After about a week of having her, she gave birth to 8 gorgeous and healthy babies. She seems to be a first time mom as some things didn’t come as natural as others I’ve seen, but she did a phenomenal job raising these little ones! They were born on July 9th at about 11 am so they will be ready for new homes august 13th. There are a total of 2 boys and 6 girls. They must be bought in pairs or more in order to ensure they adapt properly to their new home. This stands even if you can prove you already have a rat or a group. I will ask for proof of proper cage and diet and any experience you may have keeping rats or exotic animals. These babies are only for pets. Those seeking snake food should look into switching to frozen thawed as it’s safer for both the rat and the snake. Any inquiries for snake food will be sent an article for further reading. I run an exotic animal rescue so if these guys and gals need to stay for a while, that’s fine by me. I’D PREFER PROPER HOMES INSTEAD OF QUICK CASH.
