A customized workshop for avid golfers looking to move and feel better, improve their performance and add longevity to their game. Hosts: Dr. Adam Jacobs and Dr. Scott Mills of SF Custom Chiropractic are Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified sports chiropractors in the Bay area. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, they are bridging their love of golf with their expertise as movement professionals to optimize your golf performance.  Seminar Details: All participants will experience the following: Titleist Performance Institute Full Body AssessmentHands on Chiropractic & Soft Tissue Evaluation and TreatmentCustomized Home Exercise / Mobility / Stability Recommendations Digital Copy of a Swing via Coach’s EyeLaunch Monitor & Hitting Net use throughout the daySnacks & Swag bagItinerary: 8:00 am - Introductions and overview of the day 8:30 am - The On-Course Warm-up 9:00 am - TPI Level 1 Assessment (group) 10:00 am - Chiropractic / Soft Tissue Treatments (2 at a time, 20 min sessions while participants use net and get swing recorded). 11:30 am - Home Care / Exercise Discussion and Demonstration (final prescriptions delivered via email with videos) 12:45 pm - Closing thoughts / Q & A Optional: Lunch at Spark Social Food Trucks.If there’s interest, we can get a tee time the following day. There will also be a required consent form for treatments and use of photos and videos for marketing purposes. COVID-19 Protocols: As health care professionals, we're experienced in managing the challenges of the current situation. All safety and sanitation protocols will be strictly followed. The workshop is outside and plenty of physical distance will be maintained & required for all participants. We ask you bring and wear a face covering throughout the day.
