Start your weekend off right! This class is a great way to stretch it out, get in a little workout, meet new friends, and kick off your weekend. Commonhouse Aleworks is graciously hosting us as we instruct an all-levels Vinyasa style flow. Class will be held in the courtyard. Stay after yoga to enjoy a beer with us from Commonhouse Aleworks. Come prepared: Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and whatever else you’d like to feel comfortable. The yoga class is $20 per person. This includes a 1 hour vinyasa class, essential oil blend roller sample & plant to take home with you!
