We are Island Packet Yachts, a 44 year old world class cruising sailboat builder located in Largo, FL. We have a long back order of yachts to build and need to add people to our team. We are looking for a person who likes to clean and detail new boats or people interested in learning. We offer a great team environment and care about each of our employees. We offer competitive or above average wages depending on your skill level. Our employee compensation includes 40 hours of PTO after the first year. Paid holidays and health insurance after a 90 days probation period.
