Full- time Maintenance Technician needed for a large low- income housing project. Applicant must have experience in basic painting and drywall repair, electrical and plumbing repair, carpentry, minor appliance repair, and be able to drive a truck with a plow. You do not need your own tools. Applicant must also be willing to do rotational on- call with the maintenance supervisor, so you need to live in the Anchorage area and have your own transportation. $20.00- $23.00 per hour.
