We are a contractor and general construction company based in Ontario. We have a new contract with a shopping mall in Moreno Valley, CA and we are looking for 1-2 experienced janitors / sweepers / landscapers. Must have experience using heavy machinery such as commercial blower, street & parking lot sweeper, pressure washer and other types of equipment. Will be required to operate street sweeper vehicle - Standard Class C Driver's License required Job Duties & Requirements Sweeping & Trash Removal Services from shopping mall located in the city of Moreno Valley. Must be local due to shorter shifts. - Removal of trash & debris using a combination of blowers, brooms, sweeper (sweeping vehicle), vacuums, and other equipment o Storefront sidewalk o Parking lot area o Alleyway/utility area behind the stores - Must have experience driving heavy equipment sweeper vehicles: o Required to use either an Athey Topgun or Johnston 4000 sweeper vehicle o Must be able to keep up daily light maintenance, such as check fluid, check gauges, report issues back to office Job Schedule: o 5-Days a Week: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday o Start time between 3-4 AM o 3 hours per day, 15 hour per week total o Shifts very early morning (between 3-4 AM) - Sweeping must be - Must have legal CA driver's license - Cleaning out trash & change liners from all trash cans on the property - Clean and maintain entrance landscaping & planters - Must be legally authorized to work in U.S. - Must send daily reports through email – before and after photos of the work completed Send your resume or reply and describe your work history to hear back from us
