DetailsThis two-day training will consist of the following: Day 1 will focus on Critical Elements of the LIHTC Program to include Eligible Basis, Qualified Basis, Applicable Fraction, and Utility Allowances. Day 2 will focus on LIHTC Basics, Asset & Income Calculation and Compliance, and the HCCP exam. There will be a break for lunch (on your own) each day. Light refreshments will be provided during morning and afternoon breaks. Registration and payment must be received by September 23, 2022. Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations received within two weeks of the date of the course or for registrants who fail to attend. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. MLCM reserves the right to cancel the Workshop for lack of registrations. If this should occur, a full refund will be made. However, MLCM is not responsible for any related costs. MLCM will inform registrants of this decision at least ten days before the course begins. Hotel accommodations are not included.
