Bright Side Bookshop is excited to host Margaret Dyekman and the Northern Arizona Audubon Society on Thursday, August 25 at 6:00 pm at Bright Side Bookshop. Join Margaret Dyekman, author of Backyard Birding in Northern Arizona (published January 2019), and members of the local Audubon Society for a presentation and conversation on backyard birding, birding hotspots, migration, and more. She is an accomplished writer and speaker, published in professional magazines, and a frequent conference presenter in the human relations field. She is a member of the Northern Arizona Audubon Society, the Maricopa Audubon Society, Arizona Field Ornithologists, the Central Arizona Butterfly Association, Arizona Country Club, Pinewood Country Club, the North American Butterfly Association, and the American Birding Association. ABOUT THE NORTHERN ARIZONA AUDUBON SOCIETY: Founded in 1973 as a chapter of the National Audubon Society, Northern Arizona Audubon is an all-volunteer non-profit engaging people in the enjoyment and conservation of birds and their habitats in the northern part of Arizona.
