Description
Bean Management is looking for a SKILLED and Reliable handyman to join our maintenance
department to maintain our many Storage locations and RV Parks. You will be responsible for repair duties
including but not limited to troubleshooting and identifying the problem, making the repairs,
responding to clients’ maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment. Must have computer
knowledge to manage daily workorders and PM in our CMMS system.
To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving
abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, reliable, and strong technical knowledge are important
parts of the successful candidates’ talents.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic tasks including Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Metal Work, Overhead Door repair, HVAC
diagnostic and filter changing, and managing maintenance repairs.
Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment and or appliances.
Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs. Ability to operate a Tractor Efficiently/
Safely is a Plus.
Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
Maintain the cleanliness of your work vehicle and shop keeping everything organized.
Requirements:
High school diploma and or technical school certificates would be considered and a PLUS.
A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
Solid experience with Plumbing/Electrical/Mechanical systems.
Ability to work with hand/power tools and power equipment.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
