Keeping funds local is vitally important, as most funds raised for autism are used to support national- level research and advocacy. Currently, there are an estimated 4,000 individuals affected by autism in the Chattahoochee Valley. Unfortunately, the numbers continue to rise. This event benefits the Autism Hope Center; it will enable us to continue providing programs and year-round support for local families. Our outreach promotes awareness and acceptance while connecting families to crucial resources throughout our community. Your contribution helps us to provide this support to families living with autism in our area.
Some of the programs and services we provide are:
Information and Referral Services,
Training for Parents, Teachers, Therapy Providers, and Those Living With Autism
Support Groups for Caregivers
Annual Autism Resource Fair and Family Day
Autism Training for First Responders
Social and Sensory Friendly Activities
Legislative Advocacy
Parents Night Out
Please join us for a night of fun and excitement to benefit individuals and families affected by autism. The fourth annual Hope for Autism Gala will be held at Green Island Country Club. The silent auction starts at 6 pm and includes complimentary beer and wine. Dinner begins at 7 pm, followed by awards, music, and dancing.
The Autism Hope Center is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible. Please ask our staff at the event if you require a tax letter.
