The class includes training for spear throwing along with a lot of other good OCR focused training. This will be a ton of fun and an awesome workout.
Bryan has competed on big stages and he has lead several of his own OCR workouts in the past. So if you want to have some fun, break a sweat and maybe learn a thing or two before doing your next Spartan race, then you don't want to miss out.
Duration:
The class will last 60-90 minutes pending class size
What to bring:
Towel, water, and lots of energy
What to wear:
Workout clothes and athletic shoes. Gloves for obstacles (optional)
