We need to hire someone ASAP. At least 4 years experience preferred. Busy Design & Build company looking for someone who is highly experienced in home rebuilding/remodeling. Framing, hanging drywall, finish work. Knowledge base must consist of unassisted tasks being completed such as light electrical work (changing out light fixtures, can light installs, receptacle installations, switch update), Assist in RTA cabinet building and installation, painting prep such as drywall repair/ texture, finish carpentry such as base/case/crown installations. We need someone who is comfortable using power tools. Must have own transportation. This is a 1099 position. We are very busy and we have contracts out through the end of the year.
