Description
Our client, an electronics manufacturer in Santa Ana, CA is currently hiring for a Facilities Maintenance to start immediately.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, primary responsibilities will be maintaining the cleanliness of a 15,000 sqft. electronics manufacturing facility. This will include all aspects of general daily cleaning and dusting of restrooms, lunchroom, floors, office furniture, shelves, equipment, kitchen appliances, etc. as well as periodic maintenance such as waxing of floors, paint touchup, etc.
Duties
-Overall cleaning and maintenance of facility
-Re-stocking all soap, paper towel, napkin, and air freshener dispensers
-Maintaining inventory of janitorial supplies
-Reporting unsafe conditions, faulty equipment/appliance, etc.
-Follow all health and safety requirements
-Additional duties assigned by the General Manger
Requirements
-US Citizen
-Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
-Able to lift 50lbs.
-Criminal background check will be required.
-Maintenance, handyman experience a plus but not required.
