Fair pay for fair work. Situation: upstairs unit had a leak. Plumbing repair was made. For downstairs unit, seeking someone to remove damaged sheetrock / ceiling, assess and repair other damage (if any), Then replace, tape, float, paint and finish. I believe this is a basic project, not tricky. Can you help me make this repair? If it goes well, I have a couple bigger projects to discuss with you, after.
