You right - if you do the “actual” crime you should be innocent UNTIL proven guilty - this is America and laws should be followed by ALL - this includes cops, fbi informants and anyone else (instigators, agitators) and yes any Trump supporter - who is proven to have committed a crime- throwing only trump folks into solitary confinement for a year in terrible conditions for walking around in a building taking selfies is not how our laws work - maybe you should actually watch the documentary posted. Either way the republicans will get to the bottom of this.
