Yard projects and Incomplete shed

Hello everyone, I have a few projects in my backyard. Project 1: We removed some dirt in this area. We need to finish the concrete on the side and do some beautification. See pic 1. Project 2: We removed the sod in the backyard. We still need to remove the leftover debris and rack some big rocks, prep it for the hydro seeding, and cut the tree branches leaning over the fence. I also would like to do swim thing around the trees like a circle rocky area as grass won’t be growing there. See pic 2 and 3. Shed: l had someone who did not do flashing on the shed’s roof. I need a carpenter who can redo the flashing properly (cutting the siding, installing flashing under), build a loft and some shelving inside as well. We will have to seal all open areas as well. Please give me a bid with all materials included. See pic 4 and 5. Please provide a bid for each. Thank you.
