MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: No experience necessary, training provided on the job for a the ideal candidate Possess a valid driver license and have a driving record that meets standards Position requires reliable transportation to and from the job site - no exception Possess the ability to be punctual and reliable to work each and every day Ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner and motivated to work Ability to pass a criminal background check KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Reliable, responsible and dependable individual ready to commit to working unsupervised Experience with HVLP, or High-Volume Low-Pressure paint sprayer paint sprayer a plus Interpersonal skills, ability maintain respectful relations with customers and co-workers English sufficient to communicate with coworkers and work as part of a team Self Motivated individual, career oriented for highly sought after trade PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: May require ladder work Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Aware of safety standards at all times Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time DUTIES: Includes preparation and application of multiple paint processes. Sanding, masking, taping and painting, Maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times. Perform other support functions as assigned. This position is a 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday.
