Seamstress work needed for an Insulin pump pouch

I am trying to find someone to replicate an Insulin pump pouch that has considerable wear and tear. The pouch was found online but the woman who makes them is no longer in business. The waist pouch is extremely comfortable for me to wear under my clothes and around my waist (Picture is attached). My goal is to have the new pouch as close possible to the one I’m using.
