Has the world got you down? Come dance with me. Getting into shape is challenging but the hardest part is making the first step dancing is fun you can do it in your own space with nobody watching you and listen to your own body's needs just to get moving around my virtual class is energetic and gets you excited about moving again. We need to purge out the negative to be replaced by positive feelings vibrations. Dancing is a good way to get rid of excess feelings emotions and begin a progressive exercise program.
