Looking for drummer for post-punk/indie rock band

Hello! My name is Aidan (26 y/o; he/him; fully vaccinated & boosted) and I am a musician/songwriter located in Capitol Hill. I am looking for a drummer for an indie rock band. I have recently connected with a few different people filling out the roles of a singer, 2 guitarists, and a bassist. We are interested in writing music and playing shows. We are mainly interested in starting a band that has a indie rock/post-punk sound (think Interpol, Fontaines D.C., Arctic Monkeys, 80s new-wave-ish), but are open to a wide variety of influences. I have a car so I am totally up for commuting for the sake of making music. Having good chemistry, open and clear communication, and being aware of social location is really important to me and I would like to make music with those that share similar ideas. I think it is important to communicate creative ideas in a kind and productive manner, especially when it comes to something as personal and meaningful as making music.
