Refrigerator Measurement Problem and Water Line

Looking for a versatile handyman who can help make room for a fridge that won't fit in our slot. Long story, but basically I did all the measurements and ordered one that would fit, but they were out stock so ordered a second one without realizing the size was different. Need to make about 2" - see pics. The cabinets will have to be removed. They could be trimmed, I am open to ideas. Secondly, we need a water line run from the sink to the fridge for the water/ice maker. Out of town for a month starting Sunday - so time is of the essence! The job is in West Fairfax. Text is best.
