GMRS Antenna placement in Manchester

I am looking for someone who would be interested in letting me place an antenna up in Manchester for GMRS radio usage. Need somewhere tall to maximize range, would like to get coverage for the whole city and then some. This is useful for emergency communications, hobbyists and businesses alike. Any help is appreciated. Just getting into this myself and really want to enjoy it as well as expand the user base in the Southern NH area.
