Part time building maintenance

I manage an apartment building in northeast side of Cleveland. I am looking for someone for help when tenants move out. I will provide tools and materials. Usual duties include painting, cleaning (appliances, floor, bathroom, kitchen, windows, etc), minor repairs (drywall, ceiling, bi-fold doors, faucet, sinks, lights, etc). Occasionally, there are needs for serious plumbing or electric work. These work will be paid extra. Must be experienced. Please email your resume or experiences.
