Human Resource Clerk Needed: Image Detail Specialists is a National Automotive Detailing and Cleaning Company, presently seeking highly qualified candidates for our Human Resource department, at our Corporate Headquarters in Tomball, TX. Duties of the Human Resource Clerk include providing support and process training to our managers and employees. If you have previous experience as a Human Resource Clerk and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Human Resource Clerk should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office policies and procedures. We are interviewing candidates that can work a minimum of 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday, and offering a competitive salary for candidates who have immediate availability. Requirements: Must be Bilingual (Spanish, English) Proven experience as an HR Clerk, Staff Clerk, or relevant human resources/administrative position Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases Basic knowledge of labor laws Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Degree in Human Resources or any related fields is a plus Must be able to multitask Must display a professional business casual appearance at all times; courteous and attentive attitude, team player Answer phones and take detailed messages when applicable Set up Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports Maintenance and filing of active and terminated employee files Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Update and maintain office policies and procedures Must pass background and drug screen Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Dept and Company employees Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations and company procedures and processes Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews when needed Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Skills Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task This Company Describes Its Culture as: Aggressive -- competitive and growth-oriented People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative Innovative -- innovative and risk-taking Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment If you have what it takes and feel this position is perfect for you, please email your resume to: julie @ imagedetailspecialists. com Image Detail Specialists is an equal opportunity employer and does not classify or judge any candidate by race, color or religion preferences 14426 Medical Complex Drive Suite 100 Tomball TX 77377 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year COVID-19 considerations: We provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizer for all our corporate office employees to use while at work.
