6 month old Doberman puppy

I have a 6 month old black doberman puppy. I just moved to baton rouge, & the apartment i am trying to move in has breed screening & restrictions. They will accept my Labrador but not my doberman that is the only reason im letting him go. His tail came docked, but not his ears, his name is Diesel, & already knows it. He's mostly potty trained, he just does this thing where he will go if you are away or not looking. He's extremely clingy to my Labrador so it'll be nice if you had another dog, or child for him to play with. Careful with certain dogs he plays very roughly, & aggressively. He has all his shots, & has been dewormer, i dont have his papers I never got them for his breeder. I am feeding him simply nourish, 3x a day because his metabolism is HIGH. Rehoming fee REQUIRED.
