Lost gray and white baby cockatiel in North end of Dubuque. His name is Pepe and he may fly on your shoulder or your head. He will not hurt you in anyway. If spotted please contact me with location so I may try to retrieve him. Text would be the fastest as I'm from out of town. He appeared to be following other birds headed towards river.
