Music producer/coach/consultant sought

I have two projects that I am in the process of working on recording, but have hit a sort of rut and am hoping to find a collaborator who can give them the proverbial "shot in the arm." This collaborator could be a producer with whom I end up developing a long-term partnership; a consultant who can provide some constructive artistic feedback and suggestions about long-term goals; an administrative assistant who helps make calls/emails, etc; someone to help with social media (NOT my strength); all of the above. You will be paid for your time and efforts in US Dollars (not exposure, not points, not dogecoin) though the exact amount will be negotiated depending on hours involved and available budget. One of the projects is an acoustic instrumental quintet that I describe as "yacht-mericana" music. The other I call "uncle rock" (like a more socially awkward version of Dad Rock).
