Looking for Funky empty place for one day Exhibition

The exhibition will take place in NYC, Fall /2022. I need a funky place to exhibit the show. If you have an empty place in Upper East Side and you want to be part of my exhibition, please send me pictures of your place. The show will be covered by the press. I am an emerging Artist, and therefore I can offer $400 for the day. Ideally, street level, fits 25-50 people. Any funky place is welcome. Upper East Side and Lower East Side is preferred.
