Seal Coat Worker Helper (2) NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!! EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time in Fair Lawn NJ We are a paving and construction company looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Our Seal Coat Team needs two additional Helpers QUALIFICATIONS: • Reliable Personal Transportation for to and from the office • Experienced Laborer preferred but will train the right person • Bilingual is a plus. • Must have reliable contact number WORKER’S DUTIES \ RESPONSIBILITES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Cleans, greases and assists in maintaining equipment • Spreads stone materials by hand shovel, skid loader, lutes and or other means where necessary • Guides and directs dump trucks while backing • Flags traffic and assists in traffic control to enhance and promote a safe work zone • The ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 40 to 50 pounds on a day to day basis • Must be reliable • Must be able to work as part of a group SALARY/COMPENSATION: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, $18.00 to $23.00 per hour No Experience person gets a two-day tryout at $135.00 per day then given a pay evaluation Most days are only 5hrs but paid for 8hrs. Rare days’ work 9hrs get paid for 8hrs. It balances out. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: 8:30am -4:30pm We do not work in the rain. Paid Weekly
