WOONSOCKET, RI — Woonsocket Police Department is seeing information regarding a pedestrian hit and run that occurred on Thursday, Dec. 17. The incident took place on Clinton Street at approximately 8 p.m. Police are asking for the public's help identifying the driver or locating the vehicle involved in the hit and run. "The vehicle that struck the pedestrian left the scene," said the department in a Facebook post Monday. We believe this may be a late model Hyundai Tucson."
