The Regional Director of Maintenance will oversee and direct ALL maintenance-related operations for both rental and AOAO programs at Kauai property. Provides maintenance and engineering oversight and guidance to select Castle Resorts properties. DETAILS: -Employee Type: Full-Time -Location: Based on Kauai (able to travel, where applicable) -Education / Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -Must have 3-5 years resort maintenance experience in a supervisory position or equivalent. Previous condominium experience is helpful, but not required. Hands-on experience in resort maintenance and/or construction-related trades is helpful, but not required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Oversee and direct ALL maintenance-related operations for both rental and AOAO programs at Kauai property. • Oversee and direct general maintenance operations at select Castle Resorts properties. • Provide specialized training and guidance to all Castle Resorts’ maintenance / engineering employees as required. • Oversee and direct construction projects at select properties as required. • Perform routine property inspections ensuring property appearance meets respective AOAO standards. • Create preventative maintenance programs at properties as required. • Recognize any mechanical, structural, electrical, safety, or operational concerns at select properties and be able to create a standard for remediation. • Create standards and work specifications for renovation and construction projects. • Provide maintenance / engineering support for all property transitions, both incoming and outgoing. • Perform all office functions for this position. • Actively assist and advise Boards and General Managers in the development and adherence to the respective Reserve Studies.
