INVITATION TO BID Barker & Associates, Inc dba Star Construction is bidding on the upcoming project for SHRA and is requesting Quotes/Bids from all subcontractors and certified (SBE, M/WBE, and Section 3) subcontractors and suppliers. Project: Coloma Road Contractors RFQ #2242-RTds Possible subcontracting trades/services include, but not limited to: Electrical; Framing; Painting & Decorating; Plumbing; Cabinet, Millwork & Finish Carpentry; Drywall; Flooring & Floor Covering; Insulation and Acoustical; Countertops & Tub Surrounds; Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation & AC; Window Coverings; Glass & Glazing; Construction Clean-up. Critical Information: Interested subcontractors/suppliers must submit all Quotes/Bids on or before Wednesday August 10th, 2022 at 12 pm, by sending them via e-mail or fax to (916) 481-4824 indicating what scope you are bidding. Subcontractors are required to possess and maintain a current Contractor’s License and must all be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). This is a public works project, and is subject to Davis Bacon Residential Wage Rates/Certified Payroll and Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement.
