NOTE: This job requires a GC license as permit is required. I need someone with a GC license to obtain the required permit in to do some drywall repair. I have a 10x15 section that I need rip and redo on. I need drywall ripped from behind garage door and finished. Then i have some minor touch ups around the house. Orange City is requiring a permit to do the drywall job, so again.. Must have a GC license and be able to secure permit.
