We are seeking an experienced construction manager/contractor/handyman/carpenter/skilled tradesman for our licensed, family-owned, small but very busy, design-build residential construction business. This person must be extremely professional, responsible, reliable, have an eye for detail, and be a good communicator (English & Spanish) as they will be leading a small construction crew in the remodeling and addition of bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, ADU's, etc. for our expanding business. Most all of our business is located in and around Pasadena and neighboring cities and we have work year round and strong compensation for the right person. The working construction manager/contractor/handyman/carpenter we are looking for must have at least 10 years experience, be familiar with local City building and safety codes, and have been working in or managing construction subcontractors in some or all of the following trades: Demolition Concrete/foundation Framing Electrical Plumbing Mechanical Drywall Door & window installation Floor and molding/casing installation Rough & finished carpentry Roofing Tile work Painting You MUST have your own truck, tools, smartphone, references, and bring a positive attitude to work every day as this position will be working directly with the general contractor.
