Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week (Mondays - Fridays)
- Some Saturdays &/or Sundays may be offered if we are meeting a tight shipping deadline
Start Date:
Monday August 8th, 2022
Job Duties:
- Online customer support
- Packing orders and replacements into shipping boxes and mailers
- Order fulfillment (i.e. purchasing shipping labels, online order management, etc)
- Assistance with receiving, counting, and consolidating inventory
- Light cleaning duties
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for most of shift
- Ability to work in a warm or cold environment
- Fluent English speaking & writing skills
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse
- Forklift experience
- Online customer support system experience (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Walmart, Zendesk)
- Inventory system experience (i.e. Craftybase)
- Shipping system experience (i.e. Shipstation)
- Team management system experience (i.e Asana)
- Google or Excel Spreadsheets experience
- HAZMAT certifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Knowledge of the clothing industry
