Insulation Labs has employment opportunities for applicants wishing to become part of a fast-growing and rewarding company! We have opportunities for Installers/Drivers. This position will require having a valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record. You will be operating a box truck between 16-20ft as well as helping install insulation inside attics and small crawl spaces. Our ideal candidate will have some prior driving experience preferably with box trucks or light delivery vehicles, must be able to work overtime, be available to work Saturdays when needed, and do other labor tasks such as loading/unloading trucks and assisting with the project set up and clean up. Location: Van Nuys, CA Pay and Benefits : -Starting at $18.00- $20.00 / Hour (Depending on performance and experience) -Paid time off. -Weekly Pay -Opportunity for a lot of overtime -Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. -401 K + Company Match. Schedule: -6:00 Am start time -Must be available to work Saturdays Duties include: -Responsible for daily vehicle inspections -Drive crew members to and from the project locations. -Provide great customer service at all times while at the client location -Be able to go into the attic and assist crew members with installing insulation -Communicate clearly with the head installer to ensure a smooth workflow -Organize project setup (keeps equipment, tools, and trash safely out of harm's way). -Operates an insulation vacuum on floor level and hands material to the crew members. -Performs quality control checks at the end of the job. Requirements: -Must have a strong work ethic & initiative to learn. -Prior experience installing insulation preferred -Must be able to work in attics and small crawl spaces -Class C (standard) driver's license required -Must have a clean driving record. -Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. -Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed. -Must have at least 1year of driving experience. -Box Truck or light truck driving experience is preferred. -Must be authorized to work in the US. -Must be willing to help load and unload trucks. -Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs.
