Free Female Kitten

I have a 12 week old female kitten that needs a home. I have been fostering her. She is flea and worm free, no shots yet. We have been calling her Empress but she wouldn't notice a change lol. She is very affectionate and I can tell she will be someone's best friend one day. She is vocal, so she will talk to you lot.
