Admin assistant/ personal assistant needed

I’m a super busy business owner. I currently own 3 business so I need help with general task duties but not limited to: reply emails, invoices and proposal to clients, buying supplied for my business, opening office and making sure all employees arrive etc,, bank runs, etc. Must be able to work from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Must have own transportation. Must be bilingual. Thanks!
