$20- $24/hr plus benefits, $1000 signing bonus (paid $250 over 4 months) Encore Cabinets & Millwork has been proudly providing high quality custom cabinets, millwork and doors to Washington home builders, general contractors and homeowners for over 17 years. We are a family owned business that takes pride in the quality of our products and customer-centric service, as well as our employees. We are seeking a candidate to join us as a box truck driver. We are looking for hard-working, driven candidates who have the desire to learn the skills needed to succeed in our industry. The driver will load, deliver, and unload at customer job sites. The driver must have strong customer service skills as he/she will represent Encore to our customers. Key requirements: · Driver license with clean driving record, no CDL required · Ability to drive 26,000 pound air-brake non-CDL box truck · Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 pounds · Prior construction or manufacturing industry experience desired, but not required · Desire to work in a fast-paced environment · High energy, positive, can-do attitude · Ability to work independently, strong personal accountability and dependability · Candidates must be authorized to work in the US · Candidate will be required to take employment physical, drug test, completed background check and will be subject to drug and alcohol testing throughout employment. There is significant opportunity for overtime as we often work 5 days x 10 hour shifts during our busy season. Our typical shift is 6:00 am to 4:30 pm weekdays. Encore provides a competitive compensation package, which will be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience. We pay over 85% of employee medical, dental and vision premiums as well as paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and retirement match.
