**Full Job Description** Join our team in producing, storing, and packaging our unique garden art, as well as the chance to learn metal fabrication and production skills. This entry level warehouse position allows for unique skill building activities and the chance to work in an employee-oriented business. We are a small team, and there are opportunities to assist each team and build skills in all aspects of our business. **Pay rate** $16-18/hr DOE plus benefits (Insurance! Profit-sharing! Paid time off! RETIREMENT PLAN WITH COMPANY MATCH!) Plus, did I mention we are a super cool place to work? **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** • Periodically unloading shipping containers (a great workout, but not every day) • Stocking shelves (Neat! A chance to organize) • Organizing products and tools (More chances to organize!) • Keeping warehouse clean and organized (are you sensing a theme here?) • Rolling Inventory Counts (listen to some music and count some birds!) • Finishing work on unique garden art (mostly clear coat and spray painting, but there is an opportunity here for the right person to stretch their artistic wings) • Other duties and opportunities as assigned by your supervisor (who knows what kind of cool stuff we’ll get into!) **Abilities** • Self-Starter (No one wants to be micromanaged) • Ability to work well in a team setting (teamwork makes the dreamwork!) • Not afraid to get your hands dirty (more specifically, rusty) • Mechanically inclined a plus (not a requirement, but knowing which end of a screwdriver is the business end would be cool) • Must be able to regularly lift over 50 pounds (Just being honest, rusty metal birds are heavy, but we’ve got carts and wagons and somebody will always grab the other end of a heavy crate to help out a fellow employee, see teamwork from above) **Education or Experience** • No experience needed, we will teach you everything you need to know!
