I have a custom small animal hutch for sale. Two ferrets lived in this for a few years. It had a tube system that exits the top and runs along the wall into a sleeping box and play area. It comes with a couple of small animal beds and litter box. It also has two drawers for storage. This was custom made out of an armoire. It might work for other small animals. Sorry that the pictures are sideways! I'm asking $160 for all of it.
