We are a well established marine dealership looking for a fun loving, energetic water sports enthusiast to join our team. We have a large selection of premium water sports gear and boat accessories. Although our primary goal is to help customers find their next boat, this position is to support our customers after sale, helping with our Pro shop, parts, and service. We are seeking someone who is good with people, full of energy and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. This person will have a lot of interactions with customer both on the phone and in person. Candidates should be an honest team player, and willing to learn. We are a busy, well established dealership and looking to fill this position ASAP. JOB DUTIES CONSISTS OF Primary: Parts Counter Duties: -Supporting and growing our Pro Shop. · Selling parts to customers in person, over the phone, and online. · Handling large volume of calls and internet requests relating to parts and accessories. · Helping customers, in person, at the parts counter. · Ordering parts and maintaining inventory. · Stocking parts and accessories with new inventory · Organizing and maintaining parts on hand and accurate inventory levels · Computer literacy in order to utilize specialized parts software (training provided) · Computer literacy in order to fulfill and create ads for online orders (training provided). Secondary; assistant with: Service Writer Duties: · Checking in boats and creating work orders for service boats. · Preparing quotes and getting authorizations for customers, warranty work, and insurance claims. · Bill and collect for services performed · Submit warranty claims · Customer service. Follow up on customer's requests and provide them with periodic reports by phone and email on the status of their service · Follow up on customers after job is completed for customer satisfaction Qualifications and Experience: · Must be available to work Saturdays · Must be computer literate Previous parts Experience and/or knowledge is required!
