WORK TO DO
1 Help frame new roof, walls, install windows standing on a finished 2nd floor. NOT DANGEROUS HEIGHT. Up to $18/hour if you can work alone
2 Dig/move dirt for 5" X 12 ft drain trench using garden cart to level another yard area. $16-$17/hr or project price.
3 20 (approx) new electric boxes to mount, run new circuits, breakers, outlets, switches, etc. $17-$20/hr or project price.
4 Build 5/4 * 6 treated lumber shed floor and 2 walkways (on the ground to avoid walking in mud). Up to $18/hour if you can work alone
5 Install windows and door in existing attic exterior walls. $17-$20/hr or project price.
6 Build exterior staircase to 3rd floor attic door
7 Convert 10 x 20 ft garage area to finished bed and bathroom. BID PRICE
*No drug addicts or sex offender history.
*Auto and bicycle repair available, also.
REQUIRED:
*Basic digging, electric, or framing and power tools.
*Reliable transportation
*Smartphone
Other trade tools a plus
MUST HAVE:
*Experience, knowledge, work references.
*Good work conditions at happy family home.
NOW I NEED MOST:
First: Digging and moving dirt, 2nd electric runs, 3rd framing and deck/walkway building,
but all are ready to start
I HAVE ALL MATERIALS on hand AND TOOLS IF YOU DON'T
