Cockatoo looking for a new home. We are moving to WA, and are worried the move will stress him out too much. He's a friendly boy around 15 years old(we've had him for about 6 months.) He can't fly due to a plucking problem he had years back, but his feathers have begun to fill back in. From what we know he hasn't plucked in about 2 years.
