Our fast-growing, technologically-driven manufacturing firm is seeking a General Laborer for our Added Value Processing (AVP) department. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role should pay strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety. Responsibilities will consist of, and may not be limited to: • Careful handling of fragile graphite parts • Cleaning and processing finished parts • Assist with inventory control and reconciliation Requirements • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Related manufacturing experience and/or training • Proven attention to detail • Dedication to safety • Good organization and prioritization • Reliability and punctuality • Related manufacturing experience and or training a plus • Working/Communicating well with other employees Benefits available for Full-time employees • Accrued vacation time (2 weeks after 1 year) • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance • 401K after 30 days of employment • 10 paid Holidays annually per company calendar • 8 PTO days accrued annually per company calendar Position Hours • Monday – Friday 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM • Overtime available when needed Pay Rate • $19-20/hour
