This Role We are currently looking for an experienced Window Service Technician to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following: We’ll trust you to: • Assessing hardware and installation functionality and preparing reports about maintenance and repair work that is needed & work they have performed. • Installing, uninstalling, repair, replacement of all types of windows, doors, handles, locksets etc. • Repairing aluminum and vinyl window mechanisms such as changing balances, shoes, tilt latches • Resetting glass for tilt & turn windows. • Determines materials needed for installation • Handling customer relations in a professional and friendly manner • Explaining complex installation, diagnostic and repair issues in a way that’s accessible to a nontechnical audience Work Environment: • This position operates in a professional office environment. Visiting construction job sites will require the use of personal protection equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: • This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience • Must have valid driver’s license • Mechanical skill: ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings, and hardware. • Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes, & accept process changes • Maintain a safe and clean working environment • Strong verbal and personal communication skills Compensation • Base salary will be commensurate on experience. • Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and other benefits through ADP Total Source (our “PEO). • 401k match is up 4% and vests immediately. • Holidays include New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas • 10 Days PTO (increases with years of service)
