We have grown through the years by hiring people that excel in providing superb customer service to our clients. Our Spotters work mainly 3rd shift hours, for example 10pm -6am. They drive predetermined routes in company provided cars to locate vehicles that are subject to repossession. You will be expected to verify the vehicle is the wanted unit via VIN and/or tag. You will not be involved in the physical repossession process whatsoever. It is the Lot Attendant's duty to manage the storage location. The job entails removing personal property from repossessed vehicles, doing a detailed inventory on the said property and keeping a running log of the stored property. It is also their duty to make appointments with transport companies to release the vehicles, interact with the debtors to release their personal property back to them and on some occasions, the vehicle as well.. The Attendant will have to be comfortable dealing with occasional high stress situations when interacting with the public. The position also requires working outside at times in all types of weather as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
